VoiceMark, by SameGround

A method for writing that stays yours.

VoiceMark drafts long-form work from a voice profile built out of prose you have already written, and reads a finished text back to you with the evidence behind everything it finds. It will not give you a percentage. What it cannot tell you is on this page too.

What it leaves open
A reading names the passage and says what would change it. It does not return a score, and it is not a finding about a person.

What this will not tell you.

Four of them, in short. The complete position, the failure modes and the research behind it are on the method page.

  • It will not give you a percentage.

A number implies a precision this method does not have.

  • It will not tell you that writing is human.

Absence of a pattern is not proof, and we will not report it as though it were.

  • It will not be your evidence.

A reading is one input to a decision a named person takes.

  • It will not help you get past a detector.

Cleaning a text shows it was revised, not that a person wrote it.

A live, in-browser preview of how VoiceMark reflects writing.

This preview reflects patterns in the text you give it. The full VoiceMark reads your whole manuscript in depth and traces each character's journey. It never scores you, and what you do with what you see is yours.

Writing with it

Drafting long work, in your own voice.

VoiceMark builds a voice profile out of prose you have already written and shows it to you before it drafts a line. It holds your characters, places and continuity as the manuscript grows, and it works in chapters rather than in fragments.

  • A profile you can see. Built from your own pages, shown to you before anything is drafted, and yours to change.
  • Continuity that holds. Characters, places and what has already happened, carried across chapters rather than re-explained every session.
  • The same reading, on your own draft. What the method finds in anyone's prose, it will find in yours, and it will say what it leaves open.

You remain the author. The work is yours, the revision is yours, and nothing in the way it is built is designed to disguise how it was made.

Pricing

Words, not credits.

Your plan is measured in words, so you can see what you have left without doing arithmetic against a rate nobody publishes. Plans are measured in words rather than credits. Rates remain broadly consistent across the tiers, with larger plans offering slightly better value.

Need more in a busy month?

£10 adds 10,000 words, £25 adds 25,000 words, £50 adds 50,000 words. They roll over and never expire.

Top-ups cost more per word than plan words and are intended for occasional overruns. If you regularly need more, a higher tier gives better value.

Prices in GBP, cancel any time. Word counts cover all of VoiceMark: a reading counts the words it reads, and a draft counts the words it writes. Examining a piece against several reference voices counts it once for each voice. Rates remain broadly consistent across the tiers, with larger plans offering slightly better value. Top-up words cost more per word than plan words. Annual billing takes 25 per cent off every tier, and annual customers receive their words each month rather than a year at once.
