SameGROUND is an evidence-to-decision diagnostic service for complex systems. We exist for the moments when everyone holds a fragment of the same picture and nobody has the shared one.
Most consequential mistakes are not made by people who lacked information. They are made by people who could not tell which parts of what they had were solid. A record can be accurate when it is created, and quietly stop matching the world it is meant to describe. When that happens, more meetings and more dashboards do not help, because everyone is still coordinating from the wrong picture.
That failure looks the same in a council, a hospital, a market or a ministry. It is a property of how systems hold and pass information, not of any one domain. That is why our work travels: we work one level above the field we are pointed at.
So we do one thing well. We map scattered evidence, stale records, broken handoffs and unresolved claims, grade every claim by how far the evidence actually reaches, and hand you the deliverable your decision needs, cut from a single master evidence pack that stays on the record underneath as an audit trail a reviewer can inspect.

Claims carry their standing
Every finding is graded, from confirmed through to not established, and the grade travels with it. A weak claim never reads as a strong one.
Absence is a question
A missing record becomes a verification question routed to whoever can close it, never an accusation drawn from silence.
Convergence is tested
Sources that copy one another collapse to a single line of support. Real agreement is counted only after that test.
A person stands behind it
Someone who can check the reasoning signs off every report. The method does not certify itself.
Counter-readings included
Every diagnosis sets out the alternative explanations and what would support or weaken each, so it is not one-sided.
Right of reply
Where a named party is involved, the questions they would be asked are set out, so a finding can be put to them fairly before it is relied on.
